2. Without professional training, unfamiliarity with the water environment can lead to nervousness and rapid breathing, depleting the mask's air supply. If you experience difficulty breathing or dizziness, immediately remove the mask while wearing a life jacket and breathe. You can also go ashore to remove the mask and catch your breath.
